Who is Lucie Infantino and did she really lie or was someone else behind false accusations at Kaliko?

As this link notes, the same Kaliko Estates tenant who, according to the Property Manager Douglas Pochini (who himself has a penchant for lying), accused devout Catholics of "banging on the wall" - an accusation which has been thoroughly refuted - is a friend of John and Christine Musante.

Lucy Infantino, who is shown in the attached photograph, invited Paul and Rita Melanson to a "Block Party" which was held behind the Musante's unit at Kaliko Estates.  She also sent a Christmas card and a Christmas gift to the Melansons.

But when the management of Kaliko Estates wanted to retaliate against the Melansons for asserting their rights, suddenly Ms. Infantino, who is part of an Italian clique at Kaliko Estates, was said to have complained about noise.

It should be noted that the Melansons had found it necessary to call the police on the Musantes back in 2011. Was this retaliation which was encouraged by John and Chris Musante?  Or were the Melansons, who believe they were being discriminated against, simply being ganged up on by a group of Italian friends.
